Returns or exchanges can be made within 14 days of purchase. A receipt is required to make a return or exchange and all items must be in purchase condition with all tags attached.
Tights, dance socks, and undergarments (bras, dance belts, petals, etc…) cannot be returned or exchanged.
If an item was purchased on a gift card, the purchase amount will be credited back to the gift card.
Store credit will be provided to returns on items purchased beyond the 14-day return window with original tags/packaging.
All returns/exchanges are at the discretion of management. Forté is not responsible for general item wear and tear.
